Workout Timer ("we", "our", or "the app") values your personal privacy. Our core philosophy is simple: your workout routines, personal health timing, and usage habits are strictly your own business.
Workout Timer does NOT collect, transmit, store on remote servers, or sell any personally identifiable information (PII) or health data. Apple HealthKit and Apple Watch heart rate / calorie data are read locally on-device in real-time solely to display on your workout screen, and are never transmitted over the network.
The app operates 100% offline. No telemetry, third-party advertising SDKs, crash analytics, or user tracking libraries are bundled within the app.
The app utilizes local audio playback capabilities to deliver studio voice coach announcements and sound effects. It does not record audio, access your microphone, or inspect your private media libraries.
